Our Content Management System (CMS) technology was the basis of a logical idea that also answers to the question "What's In It For Me" for all the constituents of each local community or Neighbourhood.
The Neighbourhood Watch concept which originated in the mid 1960's was based on the premise that when neighbours formed an alliance to help each other (and the police) then neighbourhoods became safer.
The peace of mind that this "neighbourly" concept provided was made possible only with the financial support of local sponsors, police services, Neighbourhood Watch Community, and of course the individual residents who lived within the neighbourhood.
With changing times this model has faced several challenges including scarcity of funding, time, and resources.
